Summary
We’re looking for a dependable Painter / Maintenance Assistant to help maintain and repair multiple facilities. This hands-on role combines painting, general maintenance, and minor facility repairs. Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Painter / Maintenance Assistant this is a hands-on role supporting day-to-day property operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional living environment for residents.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Interior and exterior painting, surface prep, patching, and finishing
- Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
- Troubleshoot facility issues and complete general maintenance tasks
- Safely use hand tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment
- Help keep facilities safe, clean, and well maintained
Minimum Requirements
- Painting and/or general maintenance experience
- Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable with hands-on work
