Key Responsibilities for the Manager of FP&A:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities for assigned business units
• Prepare financial reporting packages, dashboards, and performance analysis for leadership
• Develop and enhance financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis
• Analyze revenue, margins, expenses, and operating results to identify trends and business opportunities
• Partner with accounting, operations, and department leaders on financial planning and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications for the Manager of FP&A:

• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or business finance experience
• Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling capabilities
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
• Ability to communicate financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in insurance, healthcare, professional services, or multi-entity organizations
• Strong accounting foundation or P&L ownership experience
• Experience with Adaptive Planning is a plus
