Key Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Controller:
• Own and manage Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting, including revenue recognition and WIP analysis
• Lead month-end close, financial reporting, and GAAP compliance
• Drive cash flow analysis, project forecasting, and budgeting
• Oversee AP/AR processes and improve financial visibility across projects
• Manage and develop the accounting team
• Own and manage Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting, including revenue recognition and WIP analysis

Qualifications for the Manufacturing Controller:
• 8+ years of accounting/finance experience with leadership responsibilities
• Strong expertise in Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting and project-based revenue recognition
• Manufacturing, construction, or project-based industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
