Member Services & Data Entry Coordinator
Location: Downtown Denver, CO
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Salary Range: $52,000–$56,000 annually
Job Summary
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Member Services & Data Entry Coordinator to support a growing membership and finance operation. This position will primarily focus on accurately entering and processing donations, maintaining member records, and assisting with financial reconciliation. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with databases and spreadsheets, has strong attention to detail, and can quickly learn new systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter and process donations received through checks, wire transfers, and third-party payment platforms

Review donation and payment information to identify and match gifts to the appropriate member or donor accounts

Navigate a CRM or database to locate account information and ensure accurate data entry

Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Upload and maintain donation information within the organization’s database

Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy

Assist with daily and periodic financial reconciliation of donation activity

Compare donation records and database information against financial and banking records

Prepare spreadsheets and reports for the Finance team

Identify discrepancies and work with internal team members to resolve issues

Maintain organized and accurate records

Follow established processes and procedures while adapting to evolving workflows

Support the team with additional data entry and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications

Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, accounting support, membership services, or a similar role

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable working with databases, CRM systems, or other data management platforms

Strong Microsoft Excel or spreadsheet skills

Ability to work with financial or payment-related information

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to quickly learn new software and processes

Comfortable handling repetitive, detail-oriented work while maintaining accuracy

Strong communication skills and ability to ask questions when clarification is needed

Previous experience with reconciliation, payment processing, or accounting-related data is a plus

Work Environment

Hybrid position based in Downtown Denver

Approximately three days per week in the office

Standard hours are approximately 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
