Membership Analyst
About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented and analytically driven Membership Analyst to join their Pricing Operations team. This role plays a critical part in managing and validating GPO and IDN membership data, ensuring accurate pricing, and supporting cross‑functional teams across Finance, Sales, Contracts, and Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities for the Membership Analyst
- Review, maintain, and validate GPO and IDN membership rosters, ensuring all changes, additions, and deletions are accurately captured in internal databases and ERP systems
- Update customer affiliation and pricing information within SAP (or similar ERP systems) and partner with Contract Analysts to confirm eligibility and required documentation
- Collaborate with Corporate Accounts and Sales teams to validate customer membership status, distinguish affiliates vs. members, and identify pricing or contract impacts
- Monitor customer activity tied to contractual commitments and support pricing and margin analysis in partnership with Pricing leadership
- Track and communicate affiliation and pricing updates to field sales teams
- Work closely with Customer Service to help resolve pricing discrepancies, bill blocks, and related customer issues
- Respond to internal and field inquiries related to GPO affiliations, pricing, and quote validation
- Design, maintain, and improve custom reports for internal stakeholders and leadership
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, data integration, and overall process efficiency
- Manage multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of accuracy
Qualifications & Experience for the Membership Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
- 3+ years of experience in an analyst‑level role supporting pricing, finance operations, contracts, sales operations, or data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data validation) and comfort working with large datasets
- Experience working with ERP and sales‑related systems; SAP strongly preferred (M3, Cognos, or similar tools a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating closely in a team environment
- Healthcare or medical device industry experience is a plus, but not required
