Location: Plainville, CT (Fully Onsite)
Salary: $60,000 – $65,000
Are you an experienced Mortgage Lender looking to join a growing team? We are seeking a customer-focused professional to help clients navigate the mortgage process while delivering exceptional service from application through closing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review loan applications and underwrite mortgage loans
- Guide borrowers through the lending process with outstanding customer service
- Communicate extensively with customers via phone and in person
- Cross-sell additional banking and financial products when appropriate
- Ensure compliance with lending regulations and company policies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:
- Active NMLS License required
- Prior experience within the banking, credit union, or mortgage industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service mindset
- Ability to manage multiple loan files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
