What You’ll Do

  • Manage and reconcile program and contract budgets
  • Prepare invoices, financial reports, and budget analyses
  • Support payroll allocation and timekeeping processes
  • Monitor contract spending and funding compliance
  • Partner with finance and program leadership on financial operations
  • Identify process improvements and support audits/compliance activities

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field; Public Accounting Experience with Non-Profit clients is desired.
  • 1+ year of accounting, budgeting, or financial analysis experience
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Nonprofit, grant, government contract, or Paycom experience is a plus
