Title: Nonprofit Controller
Compensation: Up to $110,000 base salary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all accounting and finance operations, ensuring accuracy across full‑cycle and fund accounting
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, audit preparation, and compliance activities
- Supervise the AP, AR, and revenue recognition functions while supporting staff development and performance
- Oversee fund accounting, including donor intent, endowments, and deferred revenue, while continuously improving financial systems and reporting capabilities
- Manage payroll and collaborate with HR to streamline and enhance related processes
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibility, ideally in nonprofit or fund accounting
- Advanced user of Excel and demonstrated experience with accounting/ERP systems (preference for Blackbaud Financial Edge)
- Track record of process improvement, budgeting, and audit readiness in a mission-oriented organization
