Office Administrator – Free Parking in Bethesda, MD.
About the Company and Opportunity:
- Our client is a non-profit founded about 50 years ago in DC whose focus is to inspire and build up their community.
- Due to a leave, they are hiring a Office Administrator that is 100% onsite. Free parking.
- Duration: approx. 3 months
- Schedule is Mon-Fri regular business hours of 9a-5p.
- Pay: $23-25/hr based on experience.
Overview of the Office Administrator role:
- Administrative Support – on/off boarding, business card/name badge ordering, COI requests, insurance coordination
- Conference Center and Building Support – reservations/scheduling, set-up, assist with AV needs, maintenance requests
- Vendor & Account Coordination – oversee assigned vendor and service accounts
- Team & Operational Support – assist Building Coordinator, customer service
- Ad hoc projects
Preferred Qualifications for the Office Administrator:
- 3-5 years of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
