Key Responsibilities:

Office Management

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain an organized, efficient workplace
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
  • Serve as the main point of contact for incoming calls and correspondence
  • Support onboarding activities and maintain employee records

Bookkeeping & Financial Support

  • Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare invoices, expense reports, and receipts
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
  • Assist with budgeting and financial reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of leadership or office management experience
  • Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
