Key Responsibilities:
Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain an organized, efficient workplace
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
- Serve as the main point of contact for incoming calls and correspondence
- Support onboarding activities and maintain employee records
Bookkeeping & Financial Support
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare invoices, expense reports, and receipts
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of leadership or office management experience
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
