Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Office Manager / HR / Bookkeeper:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, vendors, insurance renewals, and administrative functions.
- Oversee employee onboarding, benefits administration, personnel records, and payroll processing.
- Maintain company bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial records.
- Supervise and support the receptionist while providing backup coverage as needed.
- Coordinate office events, employee activities, and company functions.
- Support leadership with reports, special projects, and process improvements.
Qualifications for the Office Manager / HR / Bookkeeper:
- 3+ years of experience in office management, bookkeeping, HR administration, or a related role.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks.
- Experience with payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Previous supervisory or employee oversight experience preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities independently.
