Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and executive support to company leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, visitors, customers, vendors, and business partners.
  • Coordinate schedules, project timelines, and communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, business documents, and other materials to support leadership and operations.
  • Maintain organized records, project documentation, office files, and business systems.
  • Assist with purchasing, invoice processing, vendor communication, and other office management responsibilities.
  • Support special projects and help identify opportunities to improve administrative and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Administrative Coordinator, or similar support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
