What You’ll Do as an Order Entry Specialist
- Accurately enter and process customer orders in a timely manner
- Provide order updates, product information, and shipment status details
- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and return requests
- Partner with Sales, Shipping, and Production teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
