Key Responsibilities for the Program Administrator:
• Conduct client intakes and support enrollment for human services programs.
• Connect individuals and families with community resources, referrals, and support services.
• Coordinate communication with clients, healthcare providers, and community partners.
• Participate in community outreach events and represent program services.
• Maintain program documentation and assist with eligibility tracking, follow-up, and case coordination.

Qualifications for the Program Administrator:
• Experience conducting client intakes, assessments, or program enrollment activities preferred.
• Experience supporting vulnerable or underserved populations.
• Familiarity with community resources, human services programs, or government assistance programs.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and general computer proficiency.
