OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide coverage as needed. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and enjoys working in a hospitality-driven environment. Flexibility is important, as the schedule will vary based on team needs.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and assist with general inquiries
- The Administrative Assistant will greet guests and staff while providing a high level of customer service
- Assist with mail distribution, packages, and office supply organization
- The Administrative Assistant will support meeting preparation, including printing, scanning, and assembling materials
- Perform data entry and assist with administrative projects across departments
- The Administrative Assistant will provide general office support and coverage as needed
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:
- Prior administrative or office experience, preferably in a hospitality environment
- Strong communication skills with a professional and calm demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
