OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

We are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide coverage as needed. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and enjoys working in a hospitality-driven environment. Flexibility is important, as the schedule will vary based on team needs.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and assist with general inquiries
  • The Administrative Assistant will greet guests and staff while providing a high level of customer service
  • Assist with mail distribution, packages, and office supply organization
  • The Administrative Assistant will support meeting preparation, including printing, scanning, and assembling materials
  • Perform data entry and assist with administrative projects across departments
  • The Administrative Assistant will provide general office support and coverage as needed

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:

  • Prior administrative or office experience, preferably in a hospitality environment
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and calm demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
