Part‑Time Bookkeeper
Location: Tigard/Tualatin, OR (Onsite)
Schedule: 24 hours per week, weekdays during standard business hours
Pay Rate: $30–35 per hour (DOE)
About the Role
A growing, Oregon‑based manufacturing company is seeking a Part‑Time Bookkeeper to support day‑to‑day accounting operations. This is a hands‑on role ideal for an experienced bookkeeper who enjoys owning their work, working independently, and partnering closely with leadership. The position offers flexibility in how hours are scheduled while maintaining an onsite presence during regular business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable with a high level of accuracy and timeliness
- Support accounts receivable and customer billing activities
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and assist with monthly close
- Process bi‑weekly payroll for approximately 25 employees
- Reconcile payroll, benefits, and related liabilities
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Desktop
- Collaborate with the Controller and HR on accounting and payroll matters
