Job Description
- The Payroll and Benefits Administration Specialist will manage payroll processing from start to finish
- This Payroll and Benefits Administration Specialist will ensure compliance and accuracy across all payroll functions
- Administer employee benefits programs and respond to inquiries as a key Payroll and Benefits Administration Specialist
- Maintain employee records and support reporting and audits
- Partner with HR and finance to improve workflows and systems

Job Requirements
- 2–5+ years of payroll and benefits experience
- Hands-on ADP experience required
- Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance
- Experience with benefits administration
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
