Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Coordinator:
• Process accurate bi-weekly payroll using ADP for a multi-employee workforce
• Ensure compliance with federal, California, and local payroll regulations
• Manage payroll taxes, deductions, garnishments, and benefits-related withholdings in ADP
• Reconcile payroll reports and assist with audits as needed
• Partner with HR on onboarding, offboarding, and employee payroll changes
Qualifications for the Payroll Coordinator:
• Payroll administration or coordination experience
• Hands-on experience with ADP payroll software preferred
• Experience with timekeeping systems and payroll reporting
• Strong attention to detail with proven payroll accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
