Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Coordinator

Process accurate bi-weekly payroll using ADP for a multi-employee workforce

Ensure compliance with federal, California, and local payroll laws and regulations

Manage payroll taxes, deductions, garnishments, and benefit withholdings

Reconcile payroll reports and support internal and external audits

Partner with HR on new hires, terminations, employee changes, and payroll records
Qualifications for the Payroll Coordinator

Experience processing payroll in a Payroll Coordinator, Payroll Administrator, or similar role

Hands-on experience with ADP payroll software preferred

Knowledge of payroll reporting and timekeeping systems

Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of payroll accuracy

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion
