Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Coordinator

  • Process accurate bi-weekly payroll using ADP for a multi-employee workforce

  • Ensure compliance with federal, California, and local payroll laws and regulations

  • Manage payroll taxes, deductions, garnishments, and benefit withholdings

  • Reconcile payroll reports and support internal and external audits

  • Partner with HR on new hires, terminations, employee changes, and payroll records

Qualifications for the Payroll Coordinator

  • Experience processing payroll in a Payroll Coordinator, Payroll Administrator, or similar role

  • Hands-on experience with ADP payroll software preferred

  • Knowledge of payroll reporting and timekeeping systems

  • Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of payroll accuracy

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion
