Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Coordinator:

• Process weekly payrolls for US and Canadian employees with accuracy and timeliness
• Review wages, bonuses, overtime, and deductions prior to payroll submission
• Maintain payroll records, documentation, and compliance standards
• Track timesheets, submissions, and paid time reporting
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Support the transition and implementation of the Workday payroll platform

Qualifications for the Payroll Coordinator:

• 4–5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
• Strong working knowledge of payroll laws and regulations-multi-state payroll experience
• Experience with Workday Payroll or HRIS systems (preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
• Exposure to ADP or similar payroll platforms
