Salary: $94,000 – $114,400 DOE

Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Manager:
- Oversee and manage full-cycle payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Review payroll records, timesheets, earnings, deductions, and tax reporting.
• Manage payroll tax filings, payments, reconciliations, and payroll-related general ledger accounts.
• Investigate and resolve complex payroll issues, discrepancies, and benefit reconciliations.
• Prepare payroll-related journal entries, reporting, and support audit activities.
• Lead payroll process improvements, documentation, and ERP/payroll system conversion efforts.
Qualifications for the Payroll Manager:
- 5+ years of progressive full-cycle payroll experience, including payroll leadership responsibilities.
• Government, municipal, or public sector payroll experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax filings, reconciliations, compliance, and payroll accounting.
• Experience with payroll systems, ERP conversions, and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience with Eden software and/or CentralSquare Finance Enterprise is a plus.
