Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly and biweekly multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Serve as a primary Payroll Specialist contact for HR and internal teams
- Prepare and maintain payroll reports using Excel and Microsoft Office
- Support payroll audits, reporting, and compliance documentation
What We’re Looking For in a Payroll Specialist
- 3–5+ years of payroll experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong ADP Workforce Now experience
- Multi-state payroll experience
