What You’ll Do
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule
- Maintain employee data within the HRIS system
- Audit payroll transactions, deductions, and tax information
- Prepare payroll and HR-related reports
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Support HRIS implementations, upgrades, and testing
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Hands-on HRIS experience (ADP, UKG, Workday, Paycom, or similar)
- Knowledge of payroll laws, taxes, and compliance requirements
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
