Payroll Specialist
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintain and audit payroll data including deductions, garnishments, tax withholdings, and PTO balances
- Administer employee benefits programs including enrollments, changes, and open enrollment coordination
- Partner with HR and Accounting to support reporting, reconciliations, and payroll-related entries
- Serve as the primary contact for payroll and benefits questions, resolving issues efficiently and professionally
Qualifications:
- 5–7+ years of payroll experience, including hands-on benefits administration
- Experience with ADP (Workforce Now or similar platforms) strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations, compliance, and HR best practices
