Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain and audit payroll data including deductions, garnishments, tax withholdings, and PTO balances
  • Administer employee benefits programs including enrollments, changes, and open enrollment coordination
  • Partner with HR and Accounting to support reporting, reconciliations, and payroll-related entries
  • Serve as the primary contact for payroll and benefits questions, resolving issues efficiently and professionally

Qualifications:

  • 5–7+ years of payroll experience, including hands-on benefits administration
  • Experience with ADP (Workforce Now or similar platforms) strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations, compliance, and HR best practices
