What You’ll Do
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule
- Maintain payroll records and employee data in HRIS/payroll systems
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Reconcile payroll reports and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Respond to employee payroll questions and provide exceptional support
- Assist with year-end processes including W-2s, tax filings, and audits
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- CPP certification is a plus but not required
