Payroll Specialist
Salary: $60,000–$70,000

What You’ll Do:
- Own end-to-end payroll processing (bi-weekly) — wages, deductions, garnishments, and tax withholdings across multiple pay groups
- Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Reconcile payroll each cycle and partner with Accounting on GL entries and reporting
- Manage payroll-related onboarding/offboarding — new hire setup, terminations, pay changes
- Handle year-end payroll reporting, including W-2s and payroll tax filings
- Administer employee benefits (health, dental, retirement, leave) and serve as the main point of contact for payroll/benefits questions
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working within payroll/HRIS systems
Benefits administration and manufacturing industry experience are a plus, but not required.
