What the Procurement Contracts Manager will do:

  • Lead, supervise, and evaluate procurement staff and daily operations, ensuring compliance with deadlines and best practices.
  • Oversee procurement activities including bids (RFPs, ITBs), contracts, and vendor management, ensuring legal and ethical compliance.
  • Manage construction, services, and franchise contracts; conduct cost analysis and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures; ensure adherence to laws and regulations.

What the company needs in a Procurement Contracts Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, or related field preferred.
  • Industry experience in government, construction, or professional services procurement is highly desired.
  • Certified Public Procurement Officer (CPPO) preferred
  • Preferred: 3+ years supervisory experience, Florida government purchasing background, CPPB designation.
