Salary Range: $93,000-$110,000 (Depending on Experience)

What the Procurement Contracts Manager will do:
- Lead, supervise, and evaluate procurement staff and daily operations, ensuring compliance with deadlines and best practices.
- Oversee procurement activities including bids (RFPs, ITBs), contracts, and vendor management, ensuring legal and ethical compliance.
- Manage construction, services, and franchise contracts; conduct cost analysis and recommend improvements.
- Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures; ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
What the company needs in a Procurement Contracts Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, or related field preferred.
- Industry experience in government, construction, or professional services procurement is highly desired.
- Certified Public Procurement Officer (CPPO) preferred
- Preferred: 3+ years supervisory experience, Florida government purchasing background, CPPB designation.
