Product Admin Assistant – Glen Rock, PA

This Product Admin Assistant role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, analytical, and able to work independently. This position supports a critical, time-sensitive project involving pricing updates, quotation revisions, and product lifecycle changes.

Key Responsibilities of the Product Admin Assistant:

  • Update, revise, and proof 99+ customer quotations based on pricing guidance. Perform pricing and costing analysis using provided data and direction
  • Ensure quotes meet minimum order and line item requirements
  • Track quotation status and maintain documentation in internal systems and SharePoint
  • Support product discontinuation processes, including data tracking across quality and financial systems
  • Collaborate with product management, customer service, and cross-functional teams
  • Receive quote updates and apply pricing changes accurately
  • Calculate minimum order quantities across multiple SKUs

Qualifications for the Product Admin Assistant

  • Experience in quoting, estimating, pricing, or product/project support roles a plus
    • Familiarity with product lifecycle or discontinuation processes a plus
    • Business acumen and understanding of pricing logic
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Solid math skills for pricing and quantity calculations
  • Ability to work independently after training
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic Excel skills

Schedule: 35-40 hours per week depending on preference, 100% onsite in Glen Rock, PA. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Projected to last approximately 3 months.
Salary:
$50,000-$55,000
