Key Responsibilities for the Production Planner:

• Develop, maintain, and communicate production schedules for assigned facilities
• Balance customer demand, production capacity, inventory targets, and material availability
• Coordinate production timing, sequencing, and resource requirements with operations teams
• Monitor forecasts, sales orders, inventory levels, and safety stock requirements
• Adjust plans based on changing demand, supply constraints, weather impacts, and logistics considerations
• Support purchasing activities, supplier coordination, and material availability tracking

Qualifications for the Production Planner:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in production planning, materials planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar platforms
• Strong Microsoft Excel and overall Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience managing production schedules, inventory, materials, or demand planning
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred
