Overview
- Greet visitors, answer incoming phone calls, and direct guests to the appropriate person or meeting location.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, delivering mail to multiple floors, processing return mail, and coordinating package deliveries.
- Receive and direct delivery personnel while maintaining an organized reception area.
- Monitor and restock kitchen supplies, including coffee, snacks, and other breakroom essentials.
- Prepare conference rooms for meetings and ensure guests have a welcoming experience.
- Answer a multi-line phone system and transfer calls to the appropriate extensions.
- Maintain a professional, organized front lobby and assist with additional administrative tasks during slower periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Warm, welcoming personality with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong command of professional English.
- Comfortable interacting with executives, employees, clients, and the public.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Self-motivated with the ability to remain productive during slower periods.
