Key Responsibilities for the Project Accountant:
- Handle a portfolio of projects – work on pre-development to last dollar of project
- Responsible for account reconciliations
- Responsible for AP, AR, and reconciliations for each project
- Provide recommendations to leadership about status of projects and improvements
Qualifications for the Project Accountant:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Associate degrees welcomed
- Experience with Reconciliations within the construction industry
- MS Excel knowledge
Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000 + Bonus. Depending on Experience
