Responsibilities
- Manage full project accounting lifecycle (setup through closeout)
- Review contracts, budgets, and billing terms for accurate project setup
- Partner with project managers on cost tracking, billing, and performance
- Prepare invoices, pay apps, and supporting documentation
- Monitor AR, collections, and billing discrepancies
- Perform reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting
- Support project closeouts and audit requests
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project accounting or related experience
- Experience with project billing, job costing, or WIP preferred
- Exposure to AR and collections in a project environment
- Strong Excel and communication skills
- Ability to learn new systems/ERPs quickly
