Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking across multiple construction jobs
• Prepare job cost reports, variance analysis, and profitability tracking
• Oversee billing, AIA invoicing, WIP schedules, and revenue recognition
• Partner with project managers to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost control
• Maintain and optimize project data within Sage Intacct

Qualifications:

• 3–6+ years of project accounting experience, preferably in construction
• Sage Intacct experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of job costing, WIP, and construction billing (AIA)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Advanced Excel skills
