Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager:
• Oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Manage project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Lead field teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
• Coordinate utility locates and site readiness
• Track project financials, expenses, and risk exposure

Qualifications for the Project Manager:
• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Heavy highway / civil construction experience preferred
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and project financials
• Ability and willingness to travel to job sites across Missouri

Preferred Tools & Technology Experience:
• Familiarity with construction management platforms (e.g., Procore, Viewpoint, or similar)
• Experience reviewing plans using Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or comparable tools
• Exposure to project scheduling software (Microsoft Project, Primavera P6)
• Strong Excel skills for budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting
