💰 Salary: $75,000 – $90,000

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of Class A office and mixed-use properties
• Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
• CAM reconciliations and tenant billings
• Assist with annual budgets and forecasts
• Coordinate with property management teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of property accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred
