Key Responsibilities for the Property Accountant:
• Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of approximately 20 properties
• Perform month-end close activities and account reconciliations
• Process AP invoices and manage tenant receivables
• Handle CAM reporting and lease administration
• Assist with tenant billing inquiries and account maintenance
• Maintain accurate financial records and reporting schedules

Qualifications for the Property Accountant:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, AP, and AR
• Property management, real estate accounting, or Yardi experience preferred
