Title: Property Accountant
Annual Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + Annual Bonus

Key Responsibilities of the Property Accountant:
- Manage full-cycle property AP and AR f
- Prepare CAM reconciliations for multi‑tenant properties
- Track, analyze, and reconcile tenant ledgers
- Post and process journal entries for month-end close
- Complete monthly credit card reconciliations
- Execute ad hoc accounting and financial projects as needed
Qualifications of the Property Accountant:
- 2 – 5 years of Commercial Real Estate/Property Management Accounting experience required
