Property Accountant
Salary: $65,000–$77,000 + Bonus
Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Work Schedule: Onsite Monday–Thursday | Work From Home Fridays

What You’ll Do
- Review, process, and post Accounts Payable invoices
- Manage month‑end close for multiple entities, including general ledger, financial statements, and balance sheet support schedules
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare/post journal entries
- Record accruals and conduct detailed balance sheet reviews
- Analyze monthly results by comparing actuals to budget and explaining variances and trends
- Complete CAM reconciliations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic with the ability to multitask and stay detail‑oriented
- Property accounting experience preferred
- Solid understanding of accounting principles with advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Yardi software is a plus
