Property Manager
Location: Bakersfield, CA (Onsite)
Salary: $20 – $22/hour DOE

The Opportunity
As a Property Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, working closely with residents, vendors, and internal departments to maintain a safe, well-managed community. You’ll play a key role in occupancy, compliance, and ensuring the property operates efficiently.
What You’ll Do

Manage daily property operations, including leasing, resident relations, and move-ins/move-outs

Coordinate maintenance requests and work with vendors to ensure timely completion

Maintain occupancy records and ensure compliance with affordable housing guidelines

Conduct property inspections and help maintain community standards

Prepare reports and support the overall administrative operations of the property
What We’re Looking For

Previous property management, leasing, or affordable housing experience preferred

Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; property management software experience is a plus
