Property Manager
Location: Bakersfield, CA (Onsite)
Salary: $20 – $22/hour DOE

The Opportunity

As a Property Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, working closely with residents, vendors, and internal departments to maintain a safe, well-managed community. You’ll play a key role in occupancy, compliance, and ensuring the property operates efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage daily property operations, including leasing, resident relations, and move-ins/move-outs

  • Coordinate maintenance requests and work with vendors to ensure timely completion

  • Maintain occupancy records and ensure compliance with affordable housing guidelines

  • Conduct property inspections and help maintain community standards

  • Prepare reports and support the overall administrative operations of the property

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous property management, leasing, or affordable housing experience preferred

  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; property management software experience is a plus
