Revenue Manager – Real Estate

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Revenue Manager:

  • Develop and implement revenue management and pricing strategies across a multifamily portfolio
  • Analyze occupancy trends, leasing activity, renewals, market conditions, and competitive data
  • Provide pricing recommendations to maximize revenue, occupancy, and NOI performance
  • Partner with Operations and Asset Management teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives
  • Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement
  • Support lease-up communities with forecasting, pricing, and performance analysis
  • Prepare revenue forecasts, dashboards, reporting packages, and financial models
  • Lead revenue strategy meetings with operational teams and leadership
  • Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable business recommendations

Qualifications for the Revenue Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in multifamily revenue management, asset management, portfolio analytics, or related functions
  • Strong understanding of occupancy metrics, leasing trends, pricing strategy, and revenue optimization
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate recommendations and influence operational stakeholders
