Responsibilities of the Recruiter
- The Recruiter will source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels
- Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for open positions
- Manage the recruiting process from sourcing and screening candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and coordinate the interview process
- Maintain accurate candidate records and provide a positive experience throughout the recruiting and hiring process
Preferred Qualifications of the Recruiter
- Experience using recruiting and sourcing tools
- Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing or human resources experience
Salary: $50,000-60,000
