Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruitment Administrator to support the hiring process in a fast-paced environment. This HR role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, working with people, and keeping recruiting operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Recruitment Administrator Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • The Recruitment Administrator will post and maintain job openings across recruiting platforms
  • Assist with resume screening and candidate communications
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • The Recruitment Administrator will support onboarding tasks and new hire documentation
  • Process background checks, references, and hiring paperwork
  • The Recruitment Coordinator will provide administrative support to the recruiting and HR team

Qualifications of the Recruitment Administrator Role

  • Previous administrative, HR, recruiting, or office support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience with SAP is a huge plus
  • Experience with ATS or HR systems is helpful
