Key Responsibilities of the Revenue Accountant, Specialist
- Take full ownership of AR: generate and process annual SaaS subscription invoices, proactively monitor aging, and reconcile accounts
- Lead all collection activities: call, email, and resolve outstanding payments directly with clients
- Manage AR data migration and integration between Salesforce and NetSuite
- Support intercompany reconciliations and ensure accurate reporting of payments across entities
- Collaborate with the Controller and CFO to ensure clean audit trails and financial close
Must-Have Skills/Experience
- Minimum three years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, and collections (preferably in SaaS or recurring revenue)
- Deep proficiency with NetSuite and Salesforce (or similar ERP and CRM systems)
- Intermediate Excel skills: pivot tables, vlookups/hlookups
- Experience with intercompany transactions and multi-entity reconciliations
- Comfort in feedback-rich, high-energy team environments
