Senior Accountant
HYBRID(3 days in office)/ Baltimore County
Compensation: $90,000–$95,000 base salary + bonus potential

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our client, a privately-held management company and family office in Baltimore County. This hybrid Senior Accountant will work directly with executive leadership, gain broad GL and tax exposure, and help modernize a long-established organization.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:
• Own key components of month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Perform investment and general ledger accounting across multiple entities
• Prepare and support individual, partnership, trust, and corporate tax filings
• Generate and manage K-1s and related compliance activities
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5+ years of accounting experience
• Hands-on experience with individual or partnership tax returns preferred
• Strong understanding of GL accounting and month-end close processes
