Senior Accountant
Salary: $90,000-$115,000 base + up to 10% potential

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant
- Act as a lead Senior Accountant overseeing project billings, cost tracking, and cash flow
- Perform month-end close, including general ledger reconciliation and analysis
- Prepare budget vs. actual reports and provide clear variance explanations
- Complete bank reconciliations and journal entries with high accuracy
- Identify and implement process improvements across accounting workflows
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Vista software experience preferred
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
