Responsibilities: As a Senior Accountant with our client, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced accountant to contribute to the success of a family-owned company.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
- Month-end Close: Execute month-end closing procedures with precision and attention to detail.
- Compliance: Assist in the annual 401k and workers compensation audits.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support financial goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or associates degree in Accounting preferred.
- 5+ years in accounting role.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
