Key Responsibilities

Manage accounting activities across both the revenue and expense sides of the organization.

Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.

Assist with the annual budgeting process and provide financial information to support planning.

Prepare required federal and state nonprofit filings, including Form 990 and Wisconsin nonprofit filings.

Support accounting operations and financial reporting using Microsoft Great Plains and Excel.
Qualifications

2–4+ years of accounting experience, ideally within a healthcare system; candidates with relevant dental or other industry experience may also be considered.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, financial statements, and exposure to healthcare cost reports and/or contractual accounting is preferred.
