Key Responsibilities for the Senior Staff Accountant:
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
- Manage intercompany transactions and allocations
- Maintain fixed asset ledger and capital expenditures
- Support audits, budgets, and financial modeling initiatives
Qualifications for the Senior Staff Accountant:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of accounting or finance experience
• Strong GAAP knowledge
• ERP system experience (Yardi or similar preferred)
