Key Responsibilities – Senior Accountant
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Analyze financial results and provide insights to support business decision-making
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
- Support external audits and coordinate documentation requests
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, payroll, and management teams
Qualifications – Senior Accountant
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience required
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and accounting/ERP systems
- Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- CPA designation or CPA-track preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment preferred
