Salary: $80,000-$95,000

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:
• Maintain general ledger accounting for a portfolio of commercial and multifamily properties
• Prepare financial statements, lender reporting packages, and owner reporting schedules
• Participate in monthly close processes, reconciliations, and financial analysis
• Assist with annual budgets, CAM reconciliations, and real estate tax reconciliations
• Support cash management activities, including bank reconciliations and cash forecasting
• Manage lease administration within Yardi and coordinate tenant improvement draw processes
• Prepare financial statements, lender reporting packages, and owner reporting schedules
• Participate in monthly close processes, reconciliations, and financial analysis
• Assist with annual budgets, CAM reconciliations, and real estate tax reconciliations
• Support cash management activities, including bank reconciliations and cash forecasting
• Manage lease administration within Yardi and coordinate tenant improvement draw processes
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
• 2-5 years of accounting experience within commercial real estate
• Strong understanding of GAAP and tax accounting principles
• Experience with Yardi and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• CPA or active progress toward CPA certification preferred
